Beautytude Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during peak periods or sales events may take slightly longer.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer both flat-rate and weight-based shipping options based on your location and order size.
Free Standard Shipping
Orders over $75.00 (calculated after discounts and excluding taxes) ship free within the continental United States.

Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.
Multiple Shipments: Some orders may be split into two or more shipments. Shipping is only charged on the first shipment; any additional shipments are free of charge for the same order.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
We’ve partnered with Route to offer shipping protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you deselect Route protection at checkout, Beautytude will not be liable for shipping-related issues.
Claims can be filed via the Route app or website.
Address Changes & Cancellations
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
- We are unable to change shipping addresses after an order has shipped.
- For urgent issues, email us right away at info@beautytude.co and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed.
Delays & Exceptions
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Peak seasonal volume
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses
We will contact you directly if there is an issue with your order or a backorder delay.
Wholesale & Faire Orders
Wholesale orders placed through Faire or other platforms will be shipped based on selected speed and volume. Additional turnaround time may apply for large orders.
